How Do I Start?

A BCBA will be in touch with you to discuss your situation. If needed, we can schedule a personal visit so we can get to know each other better.

If you are interested in working with us, we will contact your insurance company to determine what your plan covers and what it doesn't. If your insurance does not cover ABA services, we will work with you on private pay options.

We will then perform an assessment on your child. We will engage with your insurance company on any needed pre-authorization.

After assessment, we will develop a treatment plan for your child. We will collaborate with you to make the program work best for you and your family. Again, we will work with your insurance company on pre-authorization.

Your child will be assigned a team of therapists, supervised by a BCBA, which will execute the treatment plan for your child. As goals are mastered, new goals will be developed, and the plan will be continuously revised. We will continue to work with your insurance company on needed reauthorizations.
